Sawyer Shop Manager, new hire

Sawyer Manufacturing Company is pleased to announce and welcome John Morelock, who joined the Sawyer team as the Sawyer Shop Manager. Morelock’s responsibilities at Sawyer Mfg. will include monitoring operation processes, work flow and scheduling of shop assets, technical and personal development of the machine shop resources and managing all manufacturing efforts.

 “We are excited to welcome John as the Sawyer Shop Manager,” said Vice President, Dave Hembree.  “His depth of experience in manufacturing, pipeline, welding, and fabrication will ensure our customers continue to receive the high quality products they have come to expect from Sawyer.”

Morelock comes to Sawyer Mfg. Co. from Pipeline Equipment, Inc. He has twenty years of fabrication and manufacturing experience including pipeline and process pipe. This background has helped Morelock to easily transition into his current position with Sawyer Mfg.
